Glu-Glu Tag antibody was raised against glu-glu (EYMPME) coupled to KLH. Antibody coupled to agarose beads using a cyanogen bromide method.
Immunoprecipitation: 15 to 25 ul of gel slurry per 0.1 to 1 mg of protein lysate or extract.
10 mM Phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, 100 mM NaCl, 0.1% sodium azide
