Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml; detects a single band at ~36kD. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 2-5 ug/ml. Positive control: Mouse Connexin 36 transfected HeLa cell lysates, mouse brain, retina and pancreas homogenates.
