Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA:1:10000-1:100000, using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). Immunohistochemistry: 10-30 ug/ml in formaldehyde fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.
