FUBP1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa540-589 of human FUBP1 (Q96AE4, NP_003893). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Rat, Elephant, Bovine, Rabbit, Pig (100%); Gorilla, Dog (93%); Mouse, Guinea pig, Stickleback (92%); Galago (87%); Turkey, Chicken, Platypus (85%); Bat (81%).

Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B3513. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3513 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3513 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1:50000 - 100000 as second antibody. ELISA titer in peptide based assay: 1:1562500.
Lyophilized from PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 2% sucrose
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute with sterile distilled water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Vortex and centrifuge again.
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than 1 week): 4°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
