FPR1 / FPR antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 176-190 of human FPR1 (CTFNFSPWTNDPKER), GenBank no. NP_002020.1|. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Orangutan (100%); Gibbon (93%); Elephant (80%); Mouse (67%); Rat (47%).
The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 100% homologous in human, chimp, gorilla and orangutan, and 67% homologous in mouse.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2027 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2027 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
