Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. In Western Blot analysis of VEGF Receptor 3 using U-937 Lymphoma cell lysate, this antibody identifies VEGF Receptor 3 at ~125kD and ~175kD. Kaposi's sarcoma cell line may be used as a negative control. ELISA: 1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
