Human Fibrin fragment E (Fn-E) purified from a plasmin lysate of fibrin.
Specificity
IgG prior to conjugation was monospecific when analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. No reaction was seen with normal human serum and only one band was observed in plasma. Identity was verified using purified Fn-E. There is good reactivity to intact fibrinogen but no reaction was detected to purified Fibrin-D.
Usage
Suitable for use as a source of enzyme labeled antibodies to fibrinogen and fibrin products. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Supplied in a buffered stabilizer solution, 50% glycerol.
