Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Fix with ice-cold, ethanol: acetic acid (95:5).

PBS, pH 7.4. No stabilizing proteins added. No preservative added. Also available, azide, glycerol. See F4210-21
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
