Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml;. The detection limit is ~13 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml; Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
