FACL2 / ACSL1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa619-668 of human ACSL1 (P33121, NP_001986). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon, Galago, Mouse, Rat (100%); Monkey, Marmoset, Panda, Dog, Bovine, Opossum, Platypus (92%); Horse (84%).

Lyophilized from PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 2% sucrose
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute with sterile distilled water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Vortex and centrifuge again.
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than 1 week): 4°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
