Immunogen
A human partial recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 46-181 was used as the immunogen for the Factor XIIIa antibody.
Specificity
This antibody has been extensively validated, including cross-reactivity testing against 19,000 full-length proteins by HuProt(TM) microarray analysis.

Usage
Titering of the Factor XIIIa antibody may be required for optimal performance. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min. For ELISA order BSA free formulation for coating.

Storage
Store at 2-8°C (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20°C (without azide).
