DyLight®488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. Visualize using a fluorescence microscope and filter sets appropriate for the label used.

Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1µg/10E6 cells) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.

Usage
IHC: Antigen retrieval by boiling the paraffin sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH6.0, for 20 minutes is required for the staining of formalin/paraffin sections.

Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.
Storage
