Specificity
Specific for the ephrin-B1 protein. Species cross-reactivity: Confirmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of mouse ephrin-B1 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Cross-reactivity with human ephrin-B1 is confirmed with Immunohistochemical experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 94% shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 ug/ IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5-10 ug/mL (pepsin digestion was required for optimal staining).
