Usage
Western Blot. Lysates from human TE85, TF-1, and mouse C2C12 cells, as well as 2 ng of recombinant human VHR, were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 0.5 ug/mL mouse anti-VHR, as described in Protocols for Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.5 ug/ml.
