Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 ug. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 20-50 ug/ml. Positive control: Differentiated keratinocytes and Desmoglein-1 transfected cells.
