STK17A antibody LS-C316 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human STK17A (DRAK1). Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF and WB.
Human DRAK1 / STK17A
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Peptide Column Affinity Chromatography
- Western blot (1:500 - 1:1000)
DRAK1 / STK17A antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the amino terminus of human DRAK1. The immunogen is located within the first 50 amino acids of DRAK1.
- Liquid - 0.05 mg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C316. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
No cross responses to DRAK2, DAP or ZIP kinases.
DRAK1 antibody can be used for detection of DRAK1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An approximately 50 kDa band can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 50 kDa
