Western Blot: Approx 110kDa band observed in Rat Lung lysates (calculated MW of 88.3Da according to NP_001926.2). The observed MW of this glycoprotein corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Human and Mouse
