This antibody reacts with whole molecule sheep IgG and also reacts with the lightchains of other sheep immunoglobulins. There is minimal cross-reaction with chicken, ginuea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, and rat serumproteins.This antibody may also cross-react with immunoglobulins from otherspecies.
Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M sodium chloride, pH 7.6, 15 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% sodium azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Storage
Store at 4°C while lyophilized. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -70°C.
