Recognizes sheep IgG. Assayed against 1 ug of sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-donkey serum, sheep IgG and sheep serum.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy. ELISA: 1:35000-1:150000, using ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
