Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Donkey Serum, Sheep IgG and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken, guinea pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.

Usage

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate catalog no. NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
