Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1% BSA. Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml to detect DLL1 in paraffin-embedded human squamous cell carcinoma tissue sections. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human DLL1. The detection limit for rhDLL1 is ~6 ng/well.
