Specificity
Recognizes a protein of ~100kD, which corresponds to the apparent MW of PSD-95. A slightly higher MW band is also detected. In rat brain and mouse brain tissue extracts a band of ~75kD is also present. Species cross-reactivity: Rat, mouse and bovine.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/ml (ECL). Immunocytochemistry: 12.5 ug/ml.
