Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue only): 1:100 with PBS, pH 7.4; Incubation Time 1 hr at RT. Positive control: Primary human keratinocytes, U333, MCF-7, SV80; B16 (mouse melanoma cells).
