Detects endogenous levels of total DAP5 protein independent of phosphorylation. Does not cross-react with other DAP family members or with eIF4G. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat.
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% nonfat dry milk, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight.
