Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000. The bound primary antibody is detected by HRP-goat anti-chicken IgY Fc fragment as secondary antibody, followed by any chemiluminescence protocol. Immunohistochemistry: Most tissues have some cytonectin detectable. Many pathologic tissues, especially neoplastic cells, show increased cytonectin expression. The antigens are highly evolutionarily conserved in human, rodent, and avian tissues. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
