Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:50 dilution will yield a positive result with 0.2 ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 1A1 and/or 1A2 using HRP-conjugated rabbit antigoat antibodies according to the manufacturer's instructions. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
