Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 376 - 390 of human aromatase.
Recognizes a conserved epitope within cytochrome P450 aromatase (P450 arom). P450 arom plays an important role in estrogen biosynthesis and is highly conserved amongst mammals. P450 arom is highly expressed in placental tissue. For tissues where there may be low expression of P450 arom, the use of microsomal extracts may improve the staining for Western blots using this.
CYP19 / Aromatase is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and catalyzes the last steps of estrogen biosynthesis.
