Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. (4 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a secondary antibody IgG (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb* and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive control: Lung tissue, human neutrophil membrane, HL60 membrane and RIPA cell lysate.
