A mixture of Cy3 and Cy5 conjugated KLH.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Sheep Serum, anti-Peroxidase and cyanine conjugated IgG. Reactivity was observed against Cy2, Cy3 and Cy5. Reactivity against other cyanine analog is unknown.

• ELISA (1:1500 - 1:6000)

This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Cyanine conjugated Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1500 to 1:6000 is suggested for this product. Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.

Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
