Epitope
C-Terminus
Specificity
Recognizes p120 Catenin proteins and can be used to detect isoforms 1-4 of the protein. Reacts with a C-terminal epitope found in all known p120 isoforms. Reactivity with the chicken protein is weak but detectable.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence (canine), ELISA (immunogen), Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunofluorescence: 1:250-1:500. ELISA: 1:1000-1:10000. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation (Native): 5-10 ul/IP reaction. Positive control: MDCK cells (canine), NIH 3T3 cells (mouse), Va-2 fibroblasts (human), HeLa cells (human), and rat-2 fibroblasts.
