CSTF2 / CstF-64 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-PASIERVQGQRT from an internal region of mouse CSTF2 / CstF-64 (ACF05702.1; ACF05700.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Mouse, Bat, Pig (100%); Ferret (92%); Human (67%).
Mouse CSTF2 / CstF-64. This antibody recognizes mouse variants 1 and 3 of the reported beta isoform (ACF05702.1; ACF05700.1).
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Immunoprecipitation: In transfected HeLa transiently expressing Mouse [Character df]Cstf-64 ((DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 80kD was observed using anti-DYKDDDDK antibody in Western blot after immunoprecipitation with EB11838. No bands were observed in mock-transfected HeLa. Yields were similar between RIPA buffer and Triton X-100 buffer conditions. Recommended amount, 2 ug per lysate. Immunoprecipitation: An approx 75kD band is observed when endogenously expressed [Character df]Cstf-64 is pulled down from Mouse Brain lysates using EB11838, while Cstf-64 which is endogenously expressed in Mouse Liver, is not pulled down. Western blot was probed with a mouse monoclonal antibody recognizing both [Character df]Cstf-64 anf Cstf-64 Recommended amount 2 ug EB11838/500 ug lysate protein.
