Immunoaffinity purified rat NG2 Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan.

Specificity

Recognizes rat NG2 Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan. Reacts with both the intact Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan and the core protein by Western Blot and ELISA. Predicted to cross-react with human, mouse, and monkey based on sequence homology. Please note, however, that these species have not been specifically tested.

Usage

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 1:500. Detects NGS chondroitin sulfate on 10 ug of rat brain lysates. Immunocytochemistry: 1:75-1:300. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 It is suggested that the tissue used is only lightly fixed (2-4% paraformaldehyde, 5-10min). Avoid over fixing tissue. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:750-1:1500. rat B49 glial cell extracts
