Usage
ELISA Detection: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human G-CSF protein levels.1,2 Biotinylated antibody should be paired with a suitable purified antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human G-CSF as the standard. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
