Specificity
Recognizes perch Connexin 35. Does not cross-react with Connexin 34.7, a very closely related protein. Also recognizes rabbit and macaque Connexin 36, the gene homologue of Connexin 35. Labels gap junctions in retinas of perch, rabbit and macaque in IHC. Species cross-reactivity: Perch, rabbit and macaque.
