Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20-1:80. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:80. Heat induced epitope retrieval is recommended. Tris/EDTA buffer pH 8.5 is recommended. Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:80. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
