C3b isolated and purified from pooled normal human serum.
Specificity
Recognzies the C3b subunit of human complement C3. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion against human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained and shows a reaction of full identity with the purified immunogen. Does not react with any other protein component of human serum or plasma.

Usage
Immunoelectrophoresis: 120 ul against 2 ul human plasma or equivalent. Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10 ul in 3 mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells. Single Radial Immunodiffusion: 1% in gel.
