Recognizes human Collagen II. Minimal cross-reactions with other collagens were only found if 20-50 times higher concentrations were used of other collagens. Does not react with fibronectin, fibrinogen or laminin.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 if Peroxidase labeled secondary is used. If FITC is used dilute 1:10. Not tested on paraffin. ELISA: Native human collagen II.
