Synthetic peptide C-QVTSQEYSARLEN from an internal region of human CNTN1 / gp135 / Contactin 1 (NP_001834.2; NP_778203.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Ferret, Panda, Horse, Pig (100%); Bovine, Bat, Elephant, Rabbit, Guinea pig (92%).

Human CNTN1 / gp135 / Contactin 1. This antibody is expected to recognize isoform 1 (NP_001834.2) and isoform 2 (NP_778203.1).
Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 150kD band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 113kD according to NP_001834.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
