Recognizes M5 Receptor (516-531) and the reactivity of M5 Receptor is 80%. Does not react to M1 Receptor, M2 Receptor, M3 Receptor and M4 Receptor. Has been found to stain specifically the M5 receptor in Western Blot of whole rat brain homogenates.
