Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide antibody LS-C12345 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide (CGRP) from human. It is reactive with human and guinea pig. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB.

A terminal fragment of CGRP-coupled to BSA with glutaraldehyde.
Specificity
Highly specific to CGRP and does not react with other neuropeptides. Works at least on human and guinea pig tissues, but does not work on rat tissues.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Fluorescence Microscopy, and other immunohistochemical methods, works also on frozen sections if perfusion fixed. Paraformaldehyde must be included in the fixative with paraffin sections. Works also in Western Blot with BSA-conjugated samples.
