Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunogen
CGB / hCG Beta antibody was raised against full length native protein (purified) (Human).
Specificity
This antibody (clone HCG-61) reacts with beta-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin, a 40 kD hormone. hCG belongs to the glycoprotein hormone family together with lutropin (LH), follitropin (FSH) and thyrotropin (TSH). hCG is synthesized by trophoblastic cells of the placenta during pregnancy and stimulates the growth of corpus luteum. The HCG-61 antibody reacts with association constant 5.1 x 1010 l/mol. Following cross-reactivity (%) was determined by classic double-antibody RIA using unlabelled hormones: beta-hCG (77), alpha-hCG (1.3), hLH (0.86), hFSH (< 0.5), hTSH (< 0.5).
Presentation
PBS, pH 7.4, 15 mM Sodium Azide
