Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Description
FLIP antibody LS-C15235 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to FLIP (CFLAR) from human, mouse and rat. Validated for ICC and WB.
Target
Human CFLAR / FLIP
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Unmodified
Applications
  • ICC (5 µg/ml)
  • Western blot (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Immunogen
CFLAR / FLIP antibody was raised against a 18 residue synthetic peptide based on the amino terminus of human c-FLIP (residues 2-19) was synthesized and the peptide coupled to KLH. This sequence is identical in all c-FLIP splice variants. The amino acid sequence is approximately 90% identical to that of mouse.
Epitope
N-Terminus
Specificity
This immunoaffinity purified antibody detects 28-58kD proteins, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of all c-FLIP variants on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in human, mouse and rat cell lysates and tissue extracts.
Usage
Western Blot: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml. Positive control: HeLa Cell Lysate.
Presentation
PBS, pH 6.7-7.0, 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
