Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-E8889 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C100538. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
This BF antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 395-422 amino acids from the Central region of human BF.
PBS, 0.09% Sodium Azide
Maintain refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C.
CFB / Complement Factor B is complement factor B, a component of the alternative pathway of complement activation. Factor B circulates in the blood as a single chain polypeptide. Upon activation of the alternative pathway, it is cleaved by complement factor D yielding the noncatalytic chain Ba and the catalytic subunit Bb. The active subunit Bb is a serine protease which associates with C3b to form the alternative pathway C3 convertase.
