Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Synthetic peptide C-ENTTADGDNAGQ from the C-terminus of human CEBPG / CEBP Gamma (NP_001797.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan (100%); Gibbon, Monkey (92%); Panda (83%).
LS-E26658 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B6470. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human CEBPG / CEBP Gamma.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 26kDa band in Human Lung lysates and in lysates of cell lines A549 after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 16.4kDa according to NP_001797.1. The 26kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
The C/EBP family of transcription factors regulates viral and cellular CCAAT/enhancer element-mediated transcription. C/EBP proteins contain the bZIP region, which is characterized by two motifs in the C-terminal half of the protein: a basic region involved in DNA binding and a leucine zipper motif involved in dimerization. The C/EBP family consist of several related proteins, C/EBP alpha, C/EBP beta, C/EBP gamma, and C/EBP delta, that form homodimers and that form heterodimers with each other.
