Human recombinant full-length cdk6 polypeptide.
Specificity
Antigen Recognized in Species Human. Reacts specifically with Cdk6 kinase, which can substitute for Cdk4. Cdk6 is highly expressed in some lymphoid tumor and sarcoma cell lines (ML-1 and U-2-OS resp.). Positive staining found in head and neck tumors.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections and for paraffin-embedded tissue after microwave treatment), Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10; Incubation Time 1-4 hr at RT or overnight at 2-8?C.
