Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence: 1-3 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 3-5 ug/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry: 1-5 ug/ml (Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue; Heat induced epitope retrieval required).
