Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:12.5-1:125. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:12.5-1:25. Use PBS, 0.1 mM Calcium chloride, 0.1 mM magnesium chloride. Recommended Detecting Agent: Avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex (ABC). Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen. cells from an immunized mouse.
