About CDC25B
CDC25B, a CDC25 dual specificity protein phosphatase, has been shown to affect cell cycle regulation by activating cyclin-dependent kinases Cdk1 and Cdk2 during G2 phase. CDC25B also has been shown to possess oncogenic properties and has been implicated in lung, breast, esophagus, stomach, ovarian, and other cancers. Recently CDC25B has been shown to be a steroid receptor coactivator and this function is independent of the protein phosphatase activity in vitro. P30305 NM_021872 NP_068658.1

Immunofluorescent analysis of CDC25B staining in THP1 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature.
