Recognizes CD9, a 24kD surface glycoprotein expressed by platelets, monocytes, some lymphocytes and endothelial cells. CD9 is a member of the tetraspan gene family. Species cross-reactivity: Clone is reported to cross-react with canine, feline, bovine, equine, lapine, Rhesus monkey and porcine.

Usage

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
