Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Rat lymphocytes in multicolor stainings. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded): Citric acid pretreatment is recommended for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
